1. Activities. Participant acknowledges that participating in dance classes, rehearsals, and performances (collectively, the "Activities") at MM Entertainment involves risks and hazards, including, but not limited to, the risk of physical injury and property damage.
2. Compliance with Rules and Regulations. Participant agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of MM Entertainment and will follow the instructions of the Studio's instructors, staff, and volunteers.
3. Insurance. Participant understands that MM Entertainment does not provide medical or accident insurance for Participants, and that Participant is responsible for obtaining his/her own medical or accident insurance coverage.
4. Release and Waiver of Liability. Participant hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless MM Entertainment, its instructors, staff, volunteers, and other Participants from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that Participant may have or that may arise as a result of Participant's participation in the Activities.
5. Representation of Physical Fitness. Participant represents that he/she is physically fit and has no medical condition that would prevent him/her from participating in the Activities.
6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Participation. Participant understands that MM Entertainment reserves the right to refuse or terminate Participant's participation in the Activities at any time, for any reason, and that Participant's participation in the Activities is voluntary.
7. Loss or Damage to Personal Property. Participant understands that MM Entertainment does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to Participant's personal property.
8. Use of Photographs, Videos, and Recordings. Participant grants permission to MM Entertainment to use photographs, videos, or other recordings of Participant taken during the Activities for any legitimate purpose, including promotion and advertising.
9. Waiver and Severability. The failure of MM Entertainment to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
10. Acknowledgment of Understanding. Participant acknowledges that he/she has read and understood this Agreement and that he/she is executing it voluntarily.
