Our certified instructors guide students through beginner-friendly yoga sessions focused on relaxation, grounding, and stress relief. Throughout the experience, adorable puppies interact with participants, creating a lighthearted environment that encourages laughter, comfort, and a much-needed academic reset. Whether it’s helping students unwind during midterms, welcoming first-year students during orientation, or celebrating the end of a tough semester, Puppy Yoga is a unique wellness initiative that supports both mental health and community building on campus. 📍 On Location: We bring the Puppy Yoga experience directly to your school or institution! Whether it’s a classroom, gymnasium, student union space, library event area, or campus hall within Toronto and surrounding areas, we provide everything needed for a smooth and engaging group experience.
